  • Office address: Deloitte Auckland, Level 20, 1 Queen Street, Auckland
  • Department: Consulting | Transformation | Organisation & Work Transformation

Company Description

Join us. But be you. At Deloitte, you’ll do more than just join something, you’ll add something.  You’ve found a place that values your curiosity, passion, and desire to work alongside brilliant people on the things that really matter. There really is only one question: What impact do YOU want to make?

  • Do you have a passion for leadership, driving organisational change, developing people to maximise their potential, and helping clients unlock business value through people?
  • Do you thrive working in a dynamic environment with a team of talented people who take pride in delivering great results?
  • Do you take pride in sharing ideas and experiences, and collaboratively solving problems while making an impact that matters?

About this team:

You’ll join our Organisation and Workforce Transformation team in Auckland as a Director.

Our team works with large private and public sector organisations to solve complex people, workforce and organisational challenges. We help clients make practical decisions about how their organisation should be designed, how work should be delivered, how leaders can support change, and how people experience work.

Our work spans organisation design, workforce strategy and planning, change management, culture, leadership, employee experience, learning, inclusion, workforce analytics, remuneration, HR technology and service delivery.

We are also focused on how technology, data and responsible AI are changing work. This includes helping clients understand the skills, structures, leadership practices and workforce models they need for the future.

While our work spans a broad range of organisation and workforce challenges, we are particularly interested in leaders who bring deep expertise in organisation design, change management and/or workforce redesign, complemented by broader organisation and workforce transformation experience. We are looking for individuals who can help grow our business through the strength of their relationships, and a strong market profile and eminence in their area of expertise. Candidates will bring an understanding of workforce redesign and future-of-work challenges, particularly in the context of AI-enabled organisations, and be excited by the opportunity to help clients navigate increasingly complex organisational and workforce transformation agendas.
