  • Coach and develop high-performing teams, providing clear direction, constructive feedback and opportunities for professional growth while fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
  • Support financial services clients to address challenges across customer operations, distribution, claims, servicing, policy administration, lending, compliance, risk and operational resilience and efficiency.

Qualifications

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:

  • 8-10+ years' experience in consulting, transformation, operations, technology delivery or financial services, gained within a professional services firm, insurer, bank, wealth manager or other regulated financial services organisation.
  • A strong track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives, including strategy development, operating model design, process transformation, technology-enabled change and benefits realisation.
  • You are comfortable engaging with senior executives and have demonstrated experience building trusted relationships, influencing decision-making and acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders.
  • Experience identifying, shaping and converting client opportunities, contributing to proposal development, account growth and broader business development activities.
  • Deep expertise in one or more financial services domains such as customer operations, claims, servicing, underwriting, lending, distribution, risk, compliance or regulatory transformation.
  • You can translate strategic objectives into executable operational, process, technology and organisational change initiatives, maintaining focus on both delivery excellence and commercial outcomes.
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms, digital technologies, data solutions and emerging technologies, with a strong interest in how AI and technology can create business value, improve productivity and transform customer outcomes.
  • You are passionate about developing people, coaching future leaders and contributing to the growth of a high-performing consulting practice.
