Job Description

The AP Priority Pursuit Program Lead plays a critical role in helping Deloitte win its most important pursuits across Asia Pacific. Sitting within Deloitte’s regional sales and growth enablement function, this role is responsible for the regional Priority Pursuit Program, ensuring the Firm’s highest‑priority deals receive the appropriate focus, leadership attention, and support.

The Program Lead will set the cadence, discipline, standards, and ways of working that underpin how Deloitte qualifies, shapes, and executes support its most important regional deals. They will also lean into deal‑level impact, providing light‑touch pursuit management and coaching on priority deals, with the potential to deliver embedded pursuit management support on the Firm’s most complex, cross‑border pursuits.

Priority Pursuit Program management

  • Own the day‑to‑day operation, performance, and ongoing evolution of the regional Priority Pursuit Program.
  • Lead the regular prioritisation review, and governance process for Tier 1 and Tier 2 regional pursuits.
  • Guide pursuit teams and senior leaders through qualification, prioritisation, pursuit strategy development using the firm’s framework.
  • Coordinate closely with regional and global commercial, sales, and alliance leaders and teams to ensure the Firm’s most important deals are supported with the right expertise, leadership attention, and investment.
  • Continuously evolve program processes, tools, and ways of working to improve efficiency, clarity, and user experience for pursuit teams and leaders.
  • Drive and embed a win/loss and client feedback mindset, capturing insights and feeding them back to strengthen future pursuits.

Facilitation, coaching, and orchestration

  • Design and facilitate priority deal deep dives, strategy sessions, and leadership calls to shape pursuit strategy and unlock firm‑wide capability.
  • Provide light‑touch coaching to pursuit teams on structure, governance, and execution discipline, complementing senior deal coaches.
  • Act as a trusted, pragmatic advisor to Partners on how to best mobilize regional and global support.
  • Where required, act as a regional Pursuit Manager on selected high‑priority pursuits, flexing involvement based on deal complexity and maturity.

Stakeholder engagement and communication

  • Build strong working relationships with local sales leaders and team across Asia Pacific and the global network.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders on deal status, support needs, risks, and escalation points.
  • Play a key role in building awareness of the program and shaping and delivering effective program communications.

Qualifications

Years of Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and pursuits within large, complex Advisory / Consulting organization (cross-border preferred).

Core capabilities:

  • Strong program management, reporting, and orchestration skills.
  • Excellent commercial and pursuit judgement, with the ability to flex between coaching, challenge, and hands‑on execution.
  • Comfortable operating across diverse AP cultures, geographies, and business units.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong executive presence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Other requirements:

  • Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific as required.
