This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of recruitment activities with a focus on Experienced Hire Support for our Audit, Assurance and Reporting Advisory team. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to help manage hiring processes, schedule interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Job Description

The impact you’ll make: 

As a Senior Advisor you are the face and first contact point for our future employees. There is no typical day but your duties may include: 

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles across Audit, Assurance and Reporting Advisory
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic sourcing plans.
  • Utilise our ATS and CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning and talent forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and diversity hiring practices.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Stay current with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity.

Qualifications

Your expertise: 

Bring your passion for recruitment and see what impact you can make.  You’ll also have: 

  • 3-5 years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within professional services or a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the business.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, talent mapping, and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems, preferably SmartRecruiters or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with video interviewing tools, such as HireVue, and comfort with virtual recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate experience and employer branding.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities with agility and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with experience mentoring junior recruiters or contributing to recruitment process improvements.
  • Continuous learner, staying up to date with market trends, talent acquisition innovations, and emerging technologies.
