About the role and team
As a member of our Technology & Transformation AI Initiative you’ll be based in the Artificial Intelligence & Data team playing an active role in activating, enabling and upskilling our teams and our clients to transform their businesses with the capabilities provided by generative and agentic AI.
There are three positions:
- AI Upskilling and Internal Activation (1x Senior Consultant role) focused on our internal Deloitte teams, tools, and capabilities, and supporting our overall AI Initiative work programme.
- Enterprise AI Client Activation (1x Manager role and 1x Consultant role) focused on supporting our client-facing teams in their work with clients, shaping opportunities, running AI Labs to develop strategies, and identifying use cases and scaling pathways for enterprise AI across clients and industries.
The three roles are an exciting contribution to the impact that AI can have internally and with clients on the enterprise adoption of generative and agentic artificial intelligence solutions using leading digital platforms and toolsets. You will have a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including workshop facilitation, development of internal and client materials, strategy planning and delivery of labs, hackathons, demos, and running training and awareness sessions for our clients, leaders and teams.

You will also help enable our consulting teams to use and embed AI in their everyday work. Job Description
A week in the life of a Consultant/Specialist - Generative AI might look like:
- Preparing for and running a client-facing workshop on starting, building, and scaling AI in their enterprise.
- Advising clients and technology leaders to understand how to gain insights, efficiencies and opportunities through implementing generative and agentic AI solutions on leading digital platforms and cloud services.
- Collaborating with cross-functional Deloitte teams to identify business requirements and develop AI solutions that meet those requirements.
- Applying and enhancing your expertise in the use of AI to support delivery of consulting services through a combination of general and specialised tools, which are central to our approach in driving client success in technology and business transformations.
- Working with leaders across our Technology & Transformation business to progress client conversations and opportunities to adopt AI.
- Running an internal event such as a hackathon or training session to build awareness, adoption, and extend the opportunities to use AI in Deloitte’s everyday work for clients.
- Maintaining a high level of continuous learning in the latest tools and use cases available in market, particularly with regards to generative and agentic AI technologies.
- Supporting your Deloitte colleagues to make an impact that matters to your community and clients, notably providing guidance to other team members.
Qualifications
Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:
- A solid foundation in a consulting role within a professional services environment.
- Good knowledge of generative and agentic artificial intelligence business drivers, benefits and use cases.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about AI and supporting individuals, teams, and enterprises to progress on their AI journeys.
- Demonstrated ability to produce written artefacts (with appropriate use of AI) that present a compelling and robust case for investment and business change.
- Robust and structured approach to strategy, planning, and delivery of an important initiative within a business (or equivalent) context.
- Demonstrated facilitation and workshop preparation and delivery experience.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to lead and contribute to a team while employing a kind and positive attitude.
- A passion for all things AI and the motivation to proactively embark on continuous learning as this area evolves.
