Job Description
Main Purpose of Job
We are looking for a Banking Technology Leader to work with the Consulting Growth Office to develop and implement sales strategies that achieve growth for the Financial Services and Banking industry, as well as creating pipeline, proposals and winning work, and managing and motivating team members, stakeholders, and clients, with a vision and plan.
Key responsibilities

- Sales pursuits to grow pipeline for the Consulting business

- Manages quality and timeliness of day-to-day deliverables of team in area of expertise to client

- Monitors delivery by teams against client expectations
- Gives direction and support to teams on client requirements and team achievements
Budgets / Profitability
- Provides annual budget input for area of responsibility for approval and integration into Service Area budget
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree
Desired Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification relevant to Service Area eg. MBA preferred
Required Experience
- 15+ years’ working experience within a sales, business development or client pursuit focused role preferably gained within a professional services or management consulting environment
- At least 5 years at a senior level directing team activities and sales or client account pursuits
- Demonstrated experience in business alignment, strategic thinking and leadership
- Track record working with the C-suite executive leadership level.
- Banking, Technology, FS, Consulting experience
