Job Description
To support the strategic growth vision of the Firm and work with the Industry Leader in the implementation of Alumni, Executive programmes and stakeholder engagements, which aims to build brand, reputation and advocacy, to deepen and grow trusted relationships with our most important clients.
Differentiators for the role:
- Support the strategic vision of the firm.
- Design programme curriculum, topics and speakers/presenters.
- Responsible for themes and content creation.
- Raise and build awareness of the programme, internally and externally.
- Ensure seamless execution with high quality client experience.
- Ensure ongoing relationship development with programme alumni.
- Share best practice for use of relationship assets with client leaders.
- Establish governance and risk processes to maintain client independence and confidentiality.
- Facilitate sharing of learnings across programmes.
- Compile and communicate programme performance reports to local and global stakeholders.
- Formalise and activate feedback and impact reporting mechanisms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.Eng., B.Tech., etc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing or relevant discipline, with a minimum of Second Class Lower/Lower Credit division.
- Minimum of credit in five WASSCE/GCE/NECO Ordinary Level subjects (or equivalent), including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in one sitting.
- Post Graduate Qualification (within relevant Service area) is desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years’ working experience preferably within marketing at professional services firms.
- 2 years at consultant level preferably within marketing at professional service firms.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills, with the ability to interface with senior management and staff locally and globally.
