Job Description
Job Summary:
The Lead, Admin Operations will oversee and streamline administrative functions across a network of hospitals and healthcare centers, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with organizational goals. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency, supporting workforce planning, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. By collaborating with leadership and department managers, the Lead, Admin Operations will implement strategies that foster a productive and compliant work environment, ultimately contributing to improved healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate administrative operations, including facility management, procurement, and logistical support across all healthcare facilities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, healthcare regulations, and statutory requirements, providing guidance to administrative staff and facility managers.
- Lead the implementation of process improvements and digital solutions to optimize administrative workflows and enhance service delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service provision.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in administrative operations, preferably within healthcare or large public sector organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MSc) is an advantage.
- Professional certification in operations management, project management, or a related discipline (e.g., PMP, CIPS).
- Strong knowledge of administrative best practices, regulatory compliance, and healthcare facility management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to drive operational excellence.
- Must be a resident of Imo State or open to relocation.
