Main Purpose of the Job

As a member of a team providing outsourced contract review services to a UK legal unit, your role is to review third party commercial contracts and support the more senior lawyers in their work. You will work closely with the team to provide your UK stakeholders with a high quality service, and will proactively seek out ways to improve service quality.

Differentiators for this role

• Review third party commercial contracts in order to make them compliant with Deloitte policies and risk appetite

Desired qualifications:

• Admitted Attorney
• 5 years working experience
• Good technical knowledge and experience in commercial contracts Preferably with experience working in an in-house legal team (directly or as a secondee).

• Project management experience and/or operational experience would be beneficial
