Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job
As a member of a team providing outsourced contract review services to a UK legal unit, your role is to review third party commercial contracts and support the more senior lawyers in their work. You will work closely with the team to provide your UK stakeholders with a high quality service, and will proactively seek out ways to improve service quality.

- Ability to develop impactful reports and presentations that support the achievement of engagement goals and objectives .
- Ensures reports and presentations are flawless and effectively addresses the client’s needs and supports the achievement of engagement goals
Knows the Business and the Industry
- Ability to understand how business functions operate and how industry trends impact a client’s business
Differentiators for this role
- Review third party commercial contracts in order to make them compliant with Deloitte policies and risk appetite
- Work in a coordinated fashion with internal, and potentially external, legal counsel
- Support senior lawyers and manage administrative procedures
Qualifications
Desired qualifications:
- Admitted Attorney
- 5 years working experience
- Good technical knowledge and experience in commercial contracts Preferably with experience working in an in-house legal team (directly or as a secondee).
Desired Experience:
- Project management experience and/or operational experience would be beneficial
- Client service-focused, with exemplary client service ethic and commitment Good organizational skills and diplomacy
