Main Purpose of Job

To support in the delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / project.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HCM Payroll with ERP 6.0 EHP7

    SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Cloud/Core Hybrid

Minimum Expereinec

  • 8+ years working experience in SAP HCM

Additional Information

Technical Competency

  • Can investigate and troubleshoot technical issues with the guidance of senior team members.
  • Has project and support experience: Implementation, maintenance, support, and documentation.
  • Interact with clients to understand the business requirements to determine blueprints, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.
  • Experience in the following: Personal Administration, Payroll, Organisational Management, Time Management or Time Evaluation.
  • Experience with at least 2 full life cycle implementations of the SAP HCM module.
  • Experience with integration to other systems, i.e., SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP MM.
  • Experience of functional design.
  • Must have experience operating in a client facing or similar role.
  • Experience in drafting and presenting documentation to clients.
