Africa Talent by Deloitte (Africa Talent) is a standalone division of Deloitte, owned by Deloitte Africa and Deloitte Netherlands, based in South Africa. Our goal is to meet the growing demand for Talent in Africa and Europe; by recruiting and developing Talent throughout Sub Saharan Africa in order to service the diverse needs to enable projects at our clients. Talent employed will have the full experience of Deloitte, while getting both local and international exposure to a diverse set of clients, working remotely from Africa. Job Description
Main Purpose of Job:
To provide support to the RA leader in Denmark in strategy portfolio with project-based work which would include understanding the strategy, support with execution of the strategy and tracking of initiatives across RA DK. Driving key initiatives and messaging around key projects
Key Performance Areas:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drives implementation of strategy plans agreed by leadership, including:
- Setting of implementation plans with team/s including timelines, actions and measures for success
- Delegation and monitoring of work to teams
- Defined communication process to leadership and team members
- Timely and detailed reporting on status of implementation to leadership
- To co-ordinate activities between the various business lines and industry to enable execution
- To develop an understanding of the Business strategy and challenge and execution priorities
- Provides significant support to leadership in communication and implementation of the strategic objectives
- Builds strong professional relationships across business to understand business needs in area of responsibility
- Interacting with the Global office, local and DK wide committees, and other constituencies on behalf of the RA DK Leader
- Key connection point with overall CSO office of Deloitte DK
- Based on expertise and experience, advises and supports Service Line leadership in identification and implementation of innovative solutions
- Contributes to thought leadership initiatives and shares knowledge and expertise with client, Service Area, colleagues and teams
- Prepare agendas, briefings, minutes, diary booking and preparation materials for meetings, appointments, and events, deciding on strategic priorities and actions to be taken post meeting
- Understands the budget and impact of decisions on profitability
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Related Degree
Desired Qualifications: Project Management degree/ diploma
Minimum Experience: 5 years post University with some professional services experience
Technical competencies:

- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to interpret, communicate and implement strategy
- Demonstrated execution of complex projects within timeframes and cost
- Experienced in development and delivery of professional presentations
- Excellent report writing skills
- Good financial knowledge
