Job Description

To support service / business area leadership in the implementation of strategic plan through the effective management of team/s. Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact. Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent. Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or a relevant discipline

Desired Qualifications:

Master’s Degree and/or Post-Graduate Degree in a relevant field

Minimum Experience:

8-12 years of relevant experience in the energy, resources and industrial sectors

Desired Experience:

5+ years in a technical leadership capacity and/or a client facing role; 3 of these in a sales type role
