Job Description
The Reward and Wellbeing practice is looking for a practitioner with knowledge of the reward profession.
The Deloitte Human Capital – Reward and Wellbeing Consulting Practice has deep expertise in areas such as salary surveys, job profiling, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, development of remuneration policies and strategies, short–term incentive design and implementation, long–term incentive (share-based and cash) design and implementation, development of retention schemes and sales commission design. We help clients achieve their goals by ensuring their reward practices facilitate talent attraction, retention, and motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ascertain client needs, conduct sales presentations and develop proposals and tenders.
- Project management of engagements ensuring compliance to statutory and legal frameworks.
- Deliver job evaluation, job architecture, job profiling and benchmarking projects as part of a team, ensuring quality deliverables within tight deadlines and according to client objectives.
- Work closely with clients to improve their remuneration practices.
- Utilise strong data analysis skills and apply best practice information in project delivery.
- Facilitate training interventions.
- Contribute to client issues using your insight and experience to solve complex client issues.
- Work with a range of stakeholders and be seen as a subject matter expert within client organisations and colleagues.
- Contribute to the practice's growth by internal networking and supporting new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a relevant degree and have a minimum of 3 years of consulting or corporate experience.
Global Remuneration Practitioner (GRP) accreditation is an added advantage.
Additional Information
Solid knowledge base in business and demonstrate the following skillset:
- Numerate with good MS Excel skills
- Experience in a range of remuneration functions, including but not limited to job evaluation, job architecture, job profiling, benchmarking and the development and implementation of remuneration strategies and policies
- Excellent facilitation, communication and data analysis skills
- Experience managing client relationships
- The ability or willingness to contribute to business development through support bids for new business
- Ability to travel
