Senior Manager

Main Purpose of Job
Supports Data Analytics leadership in the implementation of strategic plan through the effective management of team.
Build high performing teams to deliver in client engagements. Translate broader strategic into a compelling team vision and goals. Applies deep knowledge of disruptive trends and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience required
University degree in mathematics, statistics, information technology or business informatics or computer science, engineering
At least 8+ years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience
Required
Main tasks and responsibilities are:
Participation in audit and advisory projects on field of data analytics and related activities
Participation in internal and project related developments
Understanding business logic and background
Planning data structures, process flows and visualizations
Preparing scripts and queries, automating standard processes
Reviewing codes and calculation logic on multiple platforms
Testing and processing data sets, developing test cases with data science applied
Assessing and analyzing data flow between IT systems
Reviewing data quality and issues, compiling action plan for quality improvement
Analyzing outputs of automated outputs, identifying potential deficiencies, as well as providing recommendations for improvement
Supporting business development activities
Required professional background and skills:
At least 8+ years experience in programming / software development / data mining / data warehousing / data science or related fields
Advanced knowledge of databases, SQL programming, Visual Basic or additional programing languages
Strong numeric and logical skills
