We're looking for a Senior Learning & Development Partner to join our People & Development team and help shape how efood develops people and builds leadership capability at scale. You'll partner closely with leaders, HR colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to turn development needs into practical, high-impact learning experiences, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
 

What You’ll Do

• Own and elevate our core people frameworks (Performance Management, Coaching, and Mentoring) to maximize impact, strengthen accountability, and foster a high-performance culture.

• Drive AI enablement across Learning & Development, actively integrating AI-powered tools and solutions to enhance learning experiences, improve efficiency, and scale development initiatives.

• Build scalable leadership and manager development programs that strengthen core management capabilities.

• Design engaging learning journeys, workshops and resources using a blend of formats and methods.

• Partner with leaders and HR colleagues to identify capability gaps, prioritize learning needs and translate them into actionable solutions.

• Support coaching and mentoring initiatives that encourage growth, knowledge-sharing and continuous development.

• Own program delivery end to end, from needs analysis and stakeholder alignment to rollout, communication and evaluation.

• Use feedback, participation data and outcome measures to refine programs and demonstrate impact.

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development or a related field.

• Proven experience designing and implementing learning programs, ideally including leadership and manager development.

• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities and influence without formal authority.

• Strong facilitation, communication and project management skills, with a practical, delivery-oriented mindset.

• Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered tools and digital learning solutions to improve learning effectiveness, efficiency and scalability.

• Confidence using qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate learning effectiveness and inform decisions.
