Job Description

Glovo Spain is evolving its delivery model, and we are looking for an operational and analytical powerhouse to support this transition. As a 3PL Data & Strategy Intern, you will serve as the operational backbone of our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) team, the core team managing the 3PL accounts that constitute a major part of Glovo’s supply network in Spain.

Your mission is to support the team by driving efficiency behind the scenes. You will be hands-on with project management office tasks, building streamlined processes, driving small automations, and turning data into actionable dashboards to ensure the smooth implementation of initiatives across our entire 3PL ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • PMO Support & Cross-3PL Initiatives: Support the management, tracking, and rollout of core operational initiatives that impact our vast network of 3PL providers in Spain.

  • Process Building & Automation: Identify operational bottlenecks within the team's workflows and design efficient, repeatable processes. Take a hands-on approach to creating small automation initiatives to eliminate manual tasks.

  • Data Analysis & 3PL Efficiency: Deep dive into fleet performance and operational data. Create, maintain, and improve dashboards to analyze fleet KPIs, helping the team maximize order volumes, eliminate bottlenecks, and track operational efficiency.

  • Tool Adoption & Process Onboarding: Support the rollout of new Glovo tech, features, and operational processes across our 3PL network, ensuring smooth onboarding to optimize daily operations.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the broader Operations, Strategy, and Tech teams, as well as Finance and Legal, to ensure new processes and initiatives are smoothly integrated across our supply network.

Qualifications

  • Background: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Analytical Mindset & Tool Savvy: Advanced comfort working with data. Experience building dashboards and tracking KPIs (e.g., Looker, Google Sheets/Excel, PowerBI) is essential.

  • Process & Automation Orientation: A knack for finding tech-savvy ways to automate manual tasks (experience with basic automation tools, scripts, or advanced macros is a huge plus).

  • Organized & Execution-Driven: Strong organizational and PMO skills; comfortable managing multiple small initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Mindset & Soft Skills: A true team player with a strong willingness to learn first. You are highly adaptable, open to feedback, and comfortable navigating structural changes.

  • Languages: Native/Fluent Spanish and high working proficiency in English.
