Job Description

In this role, you’ll be supporting the growth of top / SMB accounts partners, the backbone of Glovo’s marketplace. You’ll help local partners grow, boost their visibility, improve their operations, and reach more customers. By supporting these businesses, you’ll directly shape how local communities grow and thrive through Glovo. It’s a fast-paced, high-impact role where the sucess of many depends on your ability to manage relationships at scale.

Your Journey:

  • Support the management of Top or SMB Accounts.

  • Being a point of reference for operational tasks

  • Build report and automatize the data analysis

  • Help the team define and pursue the long-term strategy for the portfolio in terms of Growth, Promotions, Advertisement and Operations.

  • Work alongside various internal departments to create and apply tailored solutions that address the needs of partners, including Operations, Marketing, Corporate, Customer service)

  • Be informed, get involved and make things happen with a doer attitude

  • Proactive in problem-solving 

  • Delivering insights and improvements via data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

  • Languages: French, English

  • - Highly data driven

  • - Good commercial skills to influence, retain, and grow partners through persuasive communication, negotiation and data-backed storytelling.

  • - Strong prioritization and time management skills to be able to manage a portfolio of accounts simultaneously.

  • - Good level of autonomy, organization and speed of execution

  • - Proficiency in Google Sheets & Workspace.

  • Familiarity with SQL- Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
