Whats on your plate?

• Interpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques 

• Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality 

• Preparing operational and quality reports, identifying insights and proposing recommendations for improvement 

• Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

• Extract database data from different data systems and perform data analytics and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality 

• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets 

• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing sales reports, budgets, and KPI’s indicators to optimize performance and maximize financial gain Work with management to prioritize business and information needs Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

• Build and test different forecasting models to calculate impact of business initiatives..

• Create visually-appealing and straight-to-point dashboards and visualizations to measure daily, weekly and monthly performance

What did we order?

• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics or similar, preferably from a reputable national university. qualified. 

•  Minimum of 1 year of direct, with working knowledge of the digital landscape- new products, marketing channels and technology that in pact our marketplace. 

• Working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst 

• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques

• Good knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, etc), databases and programming. (Tableau Preferred)

•  Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets in (Excel, Spreadsheet, Python, R., etc). 

• Excellent judgment with the ability to utilize data to establish trigger point priorities and develop a tactic to deploy them. 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. 

• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings. 

• Energetic and motivational styles focused by personal influence, clear and concise communication. 

• Creative approach to solutions with the ability to create strong written and verbal arguments in response to creative briefs.
