About the Role
We are looking for a driven Finance Operations Lead to join our Glovo Georgia team. In this key leadership position, you will own end-to-end financial operations, treasury & liquidity, P&L performance, billing operations and strategic insights that directly support our rapid growth in the Georgian market. You will work closely with local leadership, regional teams, and HQ to ensure financial stability and enable data-driven decisions in our fast-moving delivery ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Finance representative in periodic business reviews with top management (including regional and HQ stakeholders), presenting financial outlooks, performance insights, and forward-looking analysis.
Analyze P&L trends, core KPIs, cash flow forecasts, and macroeconomic factors to drive financial stability, support precise business planning, and deliver accurate rolling forecasts.
Lead treasury and liquidity management - including daily/periodic cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, outflow controls, and optimal funding strategies - while collaborating with HQ on country-level investment decision making
Manage and develop a high-performing finance operations team, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and ownership of end-to-end processes.
Conduct advanced financial modeling and P&L reviews to identify cost efficiencies, cash optimization opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
Partner cross-functionally across the business to deliver actionable financial insights, support resource planning, and enable informed decision-making at all levels.
Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of progressive finance experience, (Senior Analyst level or above) prior managerial experience is preferable but not a must
Experience in P&L analysis, treasury & liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, and risk management.
Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and big data analytics for performance insights.
Proven team leadership skills with the ability to develop people and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills - comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
Fluent in English, both written and Verbal
