Role Summary

We’re looking for a passionate, creative and results-driven Marketing Growth Manager to own the marketing strategy and growth campaigns development for Oman. In this role, you will be responsible for planning & developing marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisitions and improve customer retention. You will also be leading the execution and go-to-market of 360 degree campaigns as well as targeted CRM promotions.
 

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Achieve country- and city-level targets and drive overall business objectives, ensuring continuous YoY and MoM growth in active customers and orders across cities and verticals.

  • Plan and execute growth strategies with CRM and relevant verticals to reduce churn, increase MAU and order frequency, and prioritize acquisitions through key channels (PM, CRM).

  • Own monthly trade planning across all campaigns (Food, QC, Brand, tPro, etc.), developing strategies, leveraging the right tools, and executing actions to achieve company OKRs.

  • Lead end-to-end data-driven campaigns in Oman, from insights and strategy to execution, measurement, and reporting, while continuously testing and optimizing performance across the funnel.

  • Own the app home screen calendar and ensure alignment across all verticals to maximize outcomes.

  • Manage marketing budget efficiency by tracking CAC and CRC, working closely with planning teams on forecasting and allocation.

  • Manage stakeholders by collaborating with Sales, CRM, Key Accounts, Quick Commerce, Regional Marketing, and other teams.

  • Lead and develop a team of growth specialists, strengthening team capabilities and collaboration.

  • Support management with detailed analysis and performance reviews of marketing initiatives

Qualifications

What Did We Order?

  • 5–8 years of experience in growth/performance marketing or CRM/lifecycle for a consumer app or marketplace.

  • Proven track record in driving MAU, CAC/LTV, and retention with strong ROI.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel analysis, cohorting, and experimentation.

  • Ability to manage budgets, optimize performance, and drive data-driven decisions.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and creative testing skills.

  • Experience in leading and developing small, high-impact teams
