Job Description

We’re looking for a Brand & Partnerships Team Leader to join our Marketing team and play a key role in shaping Foody’s brand presence while developing and managing strategic B2B partnerships.

 

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Design and execute 360° brand and partnership initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, on-platform visibility, promotional activations, vendor campaigns that represent the foody brand as much as our partners.

  • Support the development and execution of Foody’s brand strategy, ensuring consistency across campaigns, partnerships, and communication touchpoints

  • Act as the main point of contact for key brand and B2B partners, building strong long-term relationships and managing collaborations end-to-end — from commercial discussions and negotiations to execution and reporting

  • Maintain current, and identify and develop new partnership opportunities across industries such as FMCG, Banking, Telco, Retail, and Entertainment

  • Translate partner objectives and brand goals into engaging, user-facing campaigns within the Foody ecosystem

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Product, Logistics / Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless planning and delivery of initiatives

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on brand and partnership performance, using data-driven insights to optimize results and improve future initiatives

  • Ensure all brand collaborations align with Foody’s tone of voice, positioning, and commercial priorities

  • Manage the Graphic Design team, overseeing the end-to-end creative process, providing art direction, and ensuring all visual assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

  • Represent Foody professionally in meetings, negotiations, and industry events

Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of experience in brand management, partnerships, marketing, agencies, or business development roles

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience managing brand collaborations and leading commercial negotiations

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, integrated campaigns, and brand-building principles

  • Experience executing co-branded campaigns and cross-channel marketing initiatives

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and manage projects end-to-end

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance, extract insights, and present clear reports

  • Commercial thinking with the ability to identify growth opportunities and turn ideas into structured plans

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Well-organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong interest in technology, digital platforms, consumer behavior, and food & lifestyle trends

  • Fluency in Greek and English
