YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join and be part of the People Analytics team. By joining the team, you will have an incredible opportunity to drive impact in the strategy behind Glovo’s culture and talent, working within a complex ecosystem and providing value to the business.

 

THE JOURNEY

  • Observe, identify, and solve analytical problems in the People department: tasks  include combining multiple  data sources to support cross functional projects, improve data quality, design and optimize KPIs and processes.

  • Take ownership of reporting on the Employee Performance, Engagement, Leadership, Diversity, and Inclusion KPIs, and supporting key business analytics in the department.

  • Support on maintaining current tools and reports, primarily using Tableau, Excel (Google Sheets), Workday, Google AppScript, and Python.

  • Use your analytical skills and technical mindset to solve inefficiencies within the People teams and support COEs in leading projects and making data-informed decisions.

  • Write SQL queries (Amazon Redshift and BigQuery)

  • Automate reports and processes while exploring GenAI strategies and opportunities

  • Communicate with stakeholders who come from non-analytical backgrounds and senior leadership across the business.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or other relevant degrees in a technological domain

  • 1-2 years of experience in data analytics

  • Passion for analytics: you enjoy deep-diving into problems to uncover root causes and drive improvements

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong command of SQL

  • Working knowledge of Python frameworks such as Pandas and Numpy

  • Proficiency in creating impactful visualizations using Tableau or Looker, demonstrating strong data storytelling and analytical capabilities 

  • Interest in People Strategy, understanding the importance of making data informed decisions in the People department. Familiarity with HR trends and People Analytics is a plus 

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders

  • Hands-on attitude with high standards, proactive, organized, and obsessed with details

  • Fluency in English
