Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly reports and management summaries with clear and actionable insights
  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, including variance analysis
  • Analyse business performance, financial statements, and KPIs to drive informed decision-making
  • Handle short-term requests and deliver high-quality ad-hoc analyses
  • Act as a sparring partner to stakeholders, supporting and challenging them on financial and performance-related topics
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, bringing in your expertise, ideas, and hands-on mindset

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including solid exposure to controlling and budgeting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; Big 4 background is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
  • Good understanding of IFRS
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, structured, and visually compelling insights
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
