Job Description
Maintenance Management
Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead troubleshooting, repairs, and reliability improvement initiatives.
Ensure optimal availability and efficiency of all equipment and facilities.
Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance budgets, and service contracts.
Project & Capital Management
Oversee maintenance-related projects from initiation to completion.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
Prepare tender packages, evaluate bids, and manage vendor relationships.
Coordinate capital investment projects ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
People & Team Leadership
Lead and develop maintenance teams (white-collar and blue-collar).
Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
Process, Safety & Compliance
Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance records.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
8–12 years of maintenance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
Proven experience managing maintenance operations, projects, and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.

Certifications: PMP, CAPM, CSM, PRINCE2 Foundation, PMI-ACP (preferred).
