What's on your Menu?

• Manage and grow a portfolio of restaurant/vendor partners by ensuring their success on the foodpanda platform.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to maximize partner engagement and retention.
• Monitor sales, order volumes, and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Identify and implement opportunities for upselling, such as promotional campaigns, advertising solutions, and new service offerings.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, and logistics) to resolve partner issues and optimize service levels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, performance metrics, and contract agreements.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

What do you bring to the table?

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in operations and management
• High level of independence, self-confidence, and responsibility
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Able to work cohesively, detail-oriented, organized with the ability to multi-task
• Be able to relocate to another province
• Myanmar Native Only with proficiency in English
