Job Description
Role Scope
Oversees all daily logistics-related operations
Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle
Leads communication with external suppliers
Supervise, and coach multiple rider managers and rider trainers
Oversees and ensures restaurant onboarding and training
Set up SOPs, policies, and tools for safety/compliance of riders and partners
Help with the coordination of marketing campaigns and activities across all brand entities
Coordinate with country logistics head on operational zone setup and special projects
Responsible for city rider experience and satisfaction score
Provide weekly updates to country management on projects & performance progress
Qualifications
What Did We Order?
Bachelor's Degree
3-4 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred at a supervisor/managerial level
Strong experience and capability in Data Analytics
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
People management skills: Experience in managing bigger group of people
Stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams
Ability to analyze data and derive insights from comprehensive data reports
Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, and handle stress
