Job Description
What's On Your Plate?
Providing applicants with the needed support and answering their inquiries
Reviewing and verifying Applicants documents
Conducting face to face interviews with the applicants for the selection process
Performing a Quality check before Approving the applicants
Archiving riders documents
Activating riders accounts and equipment
Handling inventory issuance and returns quality checks
Handling riders resignations, collecting returns inventory, verifying financial clearance and handing over the documents
Qualifications
What Did We Order?
Bachelor's degree in business administration management or any other related field.
0-2 Years of full time experience in data-entry and customer service.
Flexibility
Ideally experience in customer experience
Ability to work under pressure
Fluent in both languages Arabic and English
Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
Excel Skills
