What's On Your Plate?

• Providing applicants with the needed support and answering their inquiries

• Reviewing and verifying Applicants documents

• Conducting face to face interviews with the applicants for the selection process

• Performing a Quality check before Approving the applicants

• Archiving riders documents

• Activating riders accounts and equipment

• Handling inventory issuance and returns quality checks

• Handling riders resignations, collecting returns inventory, verifying financial clearance and handing over the documents

What Did We Order?

• Bachelor's degree in business administration management or any other related field.

• 0-2 Years of full time experience in data-entry and customer service.

• Flexibility

• Ideally experience in customer experience

• Ability to work under pressure

• Fluent in both languages Arabic and English

• Communication skills (Written and Verbal)

• Excel Skills
