How about you:

We are looking for a Global Content Operations Assistant (Intership) to work with us on Podcasts. Our team is responsible for the global content strategy and manages the local editorial teams (France, Brazil, Germany, Latin America, Middle East & Turkey, EAA). Our mission is to develop podcast usage in all markets through catalogue acquisitions, programming/editorial operations and original productions. 

What you will do:

• Maintain editorial calendar, coordinate global + local operations (home page, seasonal pages etc)
• Contact podcasters and program english content globally
• Support new releases & editorial operations with CRM & Social media 
• Weekly collation, analysis and presentation of the global editorial results
• Support market launches: catalogue & charts review, pages localization
• Update our team documentation & tutorials 

What we are looking for:

• Previous internships or volunteer experience in the podcast industry/digital media will be highly regarded
• Strong understanding of the digital media/streaming space
• Proficient in English (working language), Arabic or Brazilian portugese is a plus. 
• Ability to brainstorm on new ways to present content in a fun, engaging manner
• Editorial mindset with an ability to understand audience's taste
• Aptitude for rigorous quantitative analysis, proficiency in Excel and Ppt/ Google environment
• Team spirit: good communication skills, well-organized, reliable and passionate about podcasts, media & data, curiosity about tech and product
