Our HR team has around 30 team members, spread across different areas of expertise: Staffing & Development, Recruitment, Learning and Development and Compensation & Data. Several HR Officers are spread across the various teams, working in their own expertise. We operate as a business partner to the organization, and are therefore part of the full service that De Brauw provides to its clients.

Job Description

You will support our Learning and Development team, which is responsible for a diverse range of professional education, personal development, and cultural change programmes. Your role will involve assisting with the daily administrative and coordination tasks within the team. With flexible working hours, this position is an excellent opportunity to combine work with your studies. Qualifications

Our ideal candidate:

  • Is available for three days a week.
  • Has an affinity with Learning & Development (and Human Resource Management)
  • Is pro-active, flexible, and has a passion for teamwork
  • Has top quality organizational, problem-solving and planning skills;
  • Is precise / has attention to detail, has effective time management skills and is able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Has excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
