Dailymotion Advertising is looking for a Digital Sales Manager to join our Madrid team.

This is a specialized digital media sales role.
If you don’t have experience in digital advertising or working with media agencies, this position will not be a fit.

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth with top Spanish media agencies and direct advertisers.
  • Ensure Dailymotion is included in core media plans, programmatic deals, CTV strategies and key seasonal budgets.
  • Sell consultative digital advertising solutions (Online Video, CTV, Programmatic, Creative formats).
  • Open new business opportunities and develop assigned agency groups.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasts and sales activity through Salesforce.
  • Represent Dailymotion in the local market and industry events.
  • 10% travel to customers or events as necessary

You will report to the Regional Head of Sales.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  •  2–5 years of experience in digital advertising sales (AdTech, SSP, DSP, Publisher, Media Owner).
  • Proven experience working with Spanish media agencies
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Programmatic ecosystem
      Online Video & CTV
      Media planning & trading dynamics
      Direct IO & deal-based buying
  • A track record of closing revenue and managing agency relationships.
  • Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM).

  • Commercially driven and target-oriented.
  • Autonomous and proactive.
  • Comfortable prospecting and opening new doors.
  • Native or Bilingual in Spanish
  • Fluent in English.
  • Based in Madrid.
