Participate in the Studio team's evolution and objective to internalize the production of their interactive creatives and further down the road to building an in-house Creative Builder.

The new Senior Creative Developer will contribute to the team's growth and target achievements.

Responsibilities in Production: 

• Project management.
• Development of immersive and engaging advertising formats and units.
• Development of advertising format models to reduce production time.
• Design and code personalized and interactive advertising units, supported by Dailymotion's proprietary player.
• Participate in the creation of an advertising production framework to help design formats in a limited time.
• Work closely with the Studio Creative & Marketing team to maintain innovation around new ad units and formats.
• Ensure smooth production execution.
• Implementation of internal & external team procedures.

• 4 years of experience in the Ad-tech sector.
• Proactive in new digital practices.
• Strong experience in JavaScript.
• Strong experience in project and team management.

Possibility of progression into Lead Developer:

• Supervision and monitoring of the Studio Developer team: Management of the team schedule (weekly production schedule).
• Ensure smooth execution of all team productions.
• Implementation of internal & external team procedures.
