Our global Human Resources Team built across Paris and New York takes care of all the Employee-relating topics from their recruitment to their off-boarding, partnering with all the operational teams giving high importance to the internal quality service.

As we rapidly expand our teams across the company, we are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition who will manage the talent team. From our Parisian office, this individual will work closely to manage talent acquisition for all our offices: Paris, Sophia-Antipolis, Montpellier, Madrid, New York, and Singapour. The talent team is hiring all types of profiles for all the teams with a big focus on technical / business profiles.

You will be a key business partner with a strong focus on strategic HR projects such as Employer Branding, Onboarding, etc.

As a Head of Talent Acquisition, you will:

• Career tracking off the Corporate Talent Acquisition team - 6 individual contributors distributed between Paris and New York (definition of objectives, performance monitoring, training, recruitment, etc.)
• Formalization and monitoring of the team’s performance indicators (support, candidates and hiring satisfaction measurement, projects)
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Leadership management and C-Level) to understand / reforecast and prioritize hiring needs for all Dailymotion teams
• You will work closely with finance team on the budget reforecast / payroll impact for the global hiring needs
• You will be responsible on create and deploy our candidate experience policy
• Proposal and year-long tracking of the Talent Acquisition budget (including purchase and sales administration of new suppliers like agency / hiring tools / employer brand partner)
• Participate in the development of the Dailymotion brand through the partnership of the marketing team / employer brand.
• Monitor new opportunities to improve the Dailymotion's recruitment strategy needs and developing innovative ways to attract and retain candidates

• At least 8 years of experience in hands-on recruiting in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment
• Have already experience in managing a team, ideally at an international scale
• Experienced hiring tech (Back-End engineer, Front-End Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Manager…) and non-tech (Business Developer, Account manager, Administrative...) roles
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly
• Fluent both in French and English
• Data-oriented – the ability to create and monitor KPIs / Recruitment Dashboard
• Understanding of ad tech industry/digital video space is a big plus
