We are currently recruiting for a Pre brief Operative to work at our new Depot in Bradford.

We have fantastic opportunities for hardworking, driven and flexible individuals to join our
team. You will have a hands-on role, ensuring that all our customers parcels are unloaded
from our vehicles, sorted through our industry leading sortation equipment and sent back on
their way for next day delivery across our Network.

As a Pre brief Operative you must  have excellent customer service and organisational skills and be happy to help with a variety of AD HOC duties. Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry is critical. Taking ownership of the role will be the key to being successful in this position.  

We would also expect;

• Strong team player 

• IT skills 

• Taking ownership of Google Documents and keeping them updated

• Signing our hand held devices called Saturns in and out to drivers ensuring all Saturns are accounted for

• Reporting and logging damaged Saturns so these can be fixed without delay

• Keep depot system universe pots up to date 

• Strong customer service skills as you will be dealing face to face with customers who have come to the Depot to collect their parcels

• Taking responsibility to resolve any customer queries satisfactorily 

Operating on a 7-day a week basis, this post will require a commitment to Saturday and Sunday working.
