Job Description

  • Culinary leadership and operational responsibility for international catering assignments

  • On-site role at Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club™

  • Ensuring our quality and service standards

  • Leadership and coordination of international kitchen teams

  • Collaboration with operations and service teams

  • Contributing to the development of menus and food concepts

    Off-season / race break:

  • Working in one of our DO & CO fine dining restaurants in Vienna

Qualifications

  • Completed culinary training and several years of experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef

  • Experience in fine dining, upscale catering, or event gastronomy

  • Valid work permit for Austria

  • Structured working style and strong leadership skills

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally

  • Excellent English skills; additional languages are an advantage

  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently

Additional Information

  • We offer a gross monthly salary of €5,500, plus additional compensation for Formula 1 races & other international events
