Finance associate will play a key role in all aspects of accounting and finance operations, as well as influencing and supporting various projects as we scale. Our finance team size allows us to be exposed to all business teams as well as the wide array of financial topics.

To be successful in this role, you must have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with Corporate Financial Systems. You will be working with an experienced, motivated team willing to share their knowledge and experience to help expand your skill set. We are looking for a team player, with a positive attitude and flexibility as we are a fast growing company.

As a Finance Associate you will:

• Preparation of accounting entries and maintenance of cash management processes

• Support and improve the monthly closing process, ensuring that all financial systems and files stay in sync with the GL

• In charge of the store P&L, you will review and analyze financial reports in order to identify areas of potential growth and follow up with store manager to ensure project sustainability

• Train store teammates on finance tools and processes in order to guarantee the accuracy of the information

• Create and maintain financial models to forecast cash inflows / outflows

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation of the solutions

• Work with international partners to assure compliance with internal accounting policies

• Passionate about sports

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field

• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Previous experience in retail is a plus

• Advanced knowledge of Excel - (VLookup, PivotTable)

• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting concept
