Job Description

CyberArk is seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead to oversee the design, modernization, and operation of our global IT infrastructure supporting Product & Technology (P&T) and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams.

This role focuses primarily on internal IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise environments — with a secondary focus on enabling development and engineering teams through secure, reliable platforms. The ideal candidate brings both hands-on technical expertise and leadership capability, driving operational excellence, resilience, and innovation across CyberArk’s hybrid environment.

You will lead a team of system experts and architects to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the company’s infrastructure and services while collaborating closely with peers in IT, Security, and Engineering.

  • Lead CyberArk’s global IT infrastructure initiatives, designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable systems across cloud and on-prem environments (servers, networking, storage, virtualization, and endpoint systems).
  • Oversee hybrid-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, and private clouds), ensuring reliable integration between corporate IT and R&D systems.
  • Drive infrastructure modernization and automation projects to improve efficiency, performance, and disaster recovery across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with Security and R&D teams to support development environments and Dev tools while maintaining compliance with CyberArk’s IT security standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT infrastructure specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure service-level performance, scalability, and quality of delivery across IT systems.
