Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Workforce Identity team.
CyberArk is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Product Marketing professional. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert for CyberArk’s offerings as we scale our GTM efforts across public cloud marketplaces, MSPs and product-led selling motions such as free trials-to-buy.
Working as a conduit between CyberArk Product Management, Sales, Channel, Marketing and Customer Success, you will create impactful messaging and positioning to engage digital interactions with customers and prospects, drive sales enablement creation and launch activities, and deliver market insights to guide product strategy.
In this role, you will work in the white-hot area of Identity Security to maintain and expand CyberArk’s recognized leadership.
What You Will Do
- Create impactful and differentiated product positioning, messaging and trial experiences
- Support efforts to scale our offerings across CyberArk’s channel partners
- Lead go-to-market efforts for product launches and develop marketing / sales enablement material for new initiatives
- Produce impactful sales enablement resources for sellers, sales engineers and partners
- Collaborate closely with solutions marketing and brand experience teams on demand generation, content marketing and thought leadership initiatives
- Serve as subject matter expert, developing and presenting collateral for CyberArk customer events, webinars and industry events
- Work cross-functionally to inform product strategy

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in business, marketing, or technical degree (i.e. computer science, engineering, Information Technology, etc.)
- 7+ years of professional experience in security, marketing, sales engineering, sales enablement and/or product management (open to candidates with developer experience who are interested in making the transition to product marketing)
- Passion for the cybersecurity space – Experience in Identity Security is a significant plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to articulate / align technical features to customer needs
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and solve problems with a positive attitude
- Confident presenter, on stage, video, webinars.
Preferred Qualification
- Deep understanding of Identity Security
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with peers and senior leadership to achieve organizational goals, reflecting your leadership and team-oriented approach

The salary range for this position is $116,000 – $165,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
