Job Description
Position Summary:
The Customer Account Liaison I/II will drive customer service for existing and new medical technologies and applications.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to sell and administer service contracts.
- Track and manage warranty and service contract expiration dates and renewal timelines.
- Prepare detailed quotes and draft contract sales agreements, negotiating terms to align with client needs and company objectives.
- Update and maintain customer and device information in Salesforce and SAP.
- Achieve quarterly booking goals as set by management.
- Document customer sales information and feedback to support product and contract sales strategies.
- Collaborate with field sales and service teams to identify customer opportunities and relay relevant customer feedback.
- Process and schedule payments as necessary.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing relevant data/metrics and acting on the information.
- Other duties as needed or required.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years of experience managing customer warranties and/or service contracts.
- Exceptional phone, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in multitasking and managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office products; Salesforce.com experience is beneficial.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and teamwork.
Additional Information
Cutera expects to reasonably pay in the range listed below for this position based on the city and state listed in the job posting. The actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, and candidate residence if the position is remote or field-based.
Base salary: $65,000 - $75,000
