Job Description

As an HRBP, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR partnership to senior leaders and managers across the organization. Your primary objective will be to align HR initiatives with business objectives, drive talent management, and foster a positive work environment. You will serve as a trusted advisor and collaborate closely with business leaders to deliver comprehensive HR solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness and drive business performance. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Partnership:
    • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Advise and consult with business leaders on talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations matters.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR initiatives are integrated and contribute to overall business success.
  2. Talent Management:
    • Drive talent management efforts, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
    • Work closely with leaders to identify key talent, develop career paths, and facilitate the implementation of individual development plans.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement effective employee retention strategies.
  3. Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, providing guidance and support on employee relations matters.
    • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
    • Analyze trends and provide recommendations to improve employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Support the design and implementation of performance management programs, including goal-setting, performance evaluation, and feedback processes.
    • Train managers on effective performance management techniques and provide guidance on addressing performance issues.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management programs and recommend improvements as needed.
  5. HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Stay current with relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices are in compliance.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and best practices.
    • Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English is required
  • Up to 40% travel across Europe.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior leaders on HR matters.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
