Our organization is looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4 HANA System Administrator with a heavy emphasis on SAP security. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP GUI and FIORI, ITGCs, and SoD concepts. They will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations, and managing SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Responsibilities

The SAP S/4 HANA System Administrator will be responsible for the following tasks:

SAP Security:

• Develop, implement, and maintain SAP security policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely on-boarding and off-boarding of new and exiting personnel in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Perform regular reviews of user access to ensure compliance with the principle of least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD).
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure that new roles and authorization are adequately designed, tested, and implemented.
• Manage SAP security audits and provide guidance on security-related issues to auditors.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of security-related legal and regulatory requirements.

SAP Systems Administration:

• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems, including but not limited to S/4 HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP Solution Manager.
• Monitor and manage system performance, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including installation and configuration guides, system diagrams, and technical support documentation.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and participate in system testing and validation.

SAP GUI and FIORI:

• Manage the SAP GUI and FIORI landscape, including configuration and maintenance of the front-end servers, gateways, and load balancers.
• Ensure that SAP GUI and FIORI are available to users, and troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the user interface.
• Collaborate with SAP developers and other stakeholders to ensure that custom applications developed for SAP GUI and FIORI are secure and meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain user documentation and provide user training on SAP GUI and FIORI.

ITGCs:

• Develop and maintain an understanding of the organization's IT General Controls (ITGCs) and ensure that SAP systems are compliant with these controls.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure that ITGCs are adequately designed, tested, and implemented.
• Develop and maintain ITGC-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and control matrices.
• Participate in ITGC-related audits and provide guidance on ITGC-related issues to auditors.

The SAP S/4 HANA System Administrator must possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP security administration, including experience with S/4 HANA and FIORI.
• In-depth knowledge of ITGCs and SoD concepts.
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems.
• Experience with SAP GUI and FIORI administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with IT and business stakeholders.
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
