Job Description
Your Opportunity
As our P&C Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting Project Sundial, providing specialist HR support to ensure the smooth transition of employees, systems and processes during a significant business transformation. You'll partner closely with leaders and employees while managing the practical execution of employee transition activities, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with employment obligations.
You'll also make an impact by:
- Managing end-to-end employee transition activities including employment contracts, transfer documentation, payroll coordination, superannuation setup and onboarding activities.
- Leading consultation and communication activities to support the migration of employees onto Cuscal employment contracts and systems.
- Building trusted relationships with senior leaders, providing practical HR advice while ensuring employee changes are efficiently executed and documented.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR Advisor or People & Culture Advisor role.
- Previous experience supporting employee transition, integration, organisational change or workforce migration projects.
- Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations, contracts, transfers of employment and consultation processes.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have:
- Experience managing complex employee consultation processes or large-scale workforce transition initiatives.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to own both strategic conversations and operational delivery.
- The ability to move seamlessly between influencing senior stakeholders and executing detailed administration activities such as contracts, employee transfers and payroll coordination.
