Job Description
We are looking for a Client Partnership Manager to join our Client, Growth and Strategy team on a 12 Month Contract.
Focusing on our fintech clients, as a Client Partnership Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver key Account Management of assigned client portfolios for mutual business growth and to strengthen relationships.
- Own and manage client opportunities from initiation to implementation, including cross-selling, project work, and increased product usage.
- Create and implement business strategies to meet the business objective goals and revenue targets.
- Enhance the overall commercial relationship between Cuscal and each client through development of tailored and professionally delivered business objectives.
- Record and maintain client contact reports, client records, opportunities, and contract information in CRM in a timely and consistent manner.
- Be a client advocate internally and provide supporting education for client concerns and opportunities.
- Offer outstanding client service to retain and grow client relationships.
- Accountable for being the primary escalation point and facilitate major Strategic and Operational issues resolution.
- Be abreast of market trends and competitor knowledge to remain a market leader in the industry.
Qualifications
About You
This a highly visible role within the business. It requires exceptional relationship management skills combined with a deep understanding of the electronic payment industry for the role to be a success.
For this reason, we request that you have the following experience:
- Demonstrable experience in key account management with a proven track record of business development and complex relationship management.
- Experience in a B2B environment with knowledge and insights of financial services/electronic payment industry highly regarded.
- Well versed in the commercial and regulatory environment in which Cuscal operates in.
- Natural collaborator and your ability to influence action and outcomes across a broad range of stakeholders and clients will ensure success in this role.
- With a strong focus on negotiating commercial relationships at the B2B level your expertise in managing client business plans is paramount in this accelerated environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, or related subjects.
