We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Acquiring team.  

The Acquiring team @ Cuscal is responsible for building products to drive seamless payment experiences for our clients across card present, mobile, web and in-app. We are currently on a journey to drive strategic change to modernise our payments architecture and platform. Reporting to the Product Manager, your role is to own the delivery and operational performance of client-facing product solutions while driving product improvements and strategic alignment. This position bridges product strategy and execution by managing integrations, overseeing feature releases, and ensuring operational excellence

About the role

 

1) Product Strategy & Roadmap 

  • Define and maintain product roadmap aligned with business objectives and client needs.  

  • Translate market insights and client feedback into prioritized product requirements. 

2) Implementation & Integration Delivery 

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and integration projects for new partners and clients.  

  • Coordinate with product leadership, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver on scope and timelines. 

3) Feature Development & Release Management 

  • Oversee planning and execution of feature releases, ensuring quality and timely delivery.  

  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to refine specifications and resolve blockers. 

4) Client Operations & Support 

  • Manage operational processes for existing clients, including billing coordination and issue resolution.  

  • Partner with Finance, Client Partnership, and Service Operations teams to maintain service standards. 

5) Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement 

  • Track product performance post-launch, analyse usage data, and identify improvement opportunities.  

  • Maintain product documentation, integration guides, and release notes for scalability.  

 

What you'll bring

You bring a strong ability to translate business objectives and client feedback into actionable product strategies and clear roadmaps. Ideally you have experience across the following:

  • 3+ years experience in agile product development with solid delivery of products and services to market  

  • Demonstrated experience in successful internal and external relationship management  

  • Demonstrated experience in managing revenue and expense lines   

  • Demonstrated experience in work effectively in a fast-paced cross functional environment  

  • Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions in a fast-changing environment.  

  • Experience working in a fast-paced payment product environment. 

  • Experience working in a hybrid working environment.
