Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Resourcelink Product Owner to lead the delivery and ongoing development of a critical payroll solution within a large-scale transformation programme.

This role requires a subject matter expert in payroll implementation, capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the business technical expert for the Resourcelink payroll system and associated processes
  • Lead end-to-end payroll implementation, including integrations with Finance GL, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and Time & Attendance systems (e.g. Kronos/UKG)
  • Own the solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment with business requirements
  • Drive requirements gathering and design workshops, promoting standardised payroll processes and identifying gaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver fully integrated, future-proof solutions
  • Manage delivery governance, including risks, issues, and stakeholder reporting
  • Provide expertise on UK payroll legislation and best practice

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering Resourcelink payroll implementations within fast-paced programme environments
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and system integrations
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors) and Time & Attendance systems
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and delivery management skills
  • Experience working within structured project or programme frameworks
