The Senior Legal Counsel will act as a senior member of the Group Legal function, providing high‑quality, commercially driven legal support to the General Counsel and the wider group of companies operating across the UK logistics, transport, warehousing, e‑commerce fulfilment, and supply chain solutions sectors.

The role requires broad commercial expertise, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage a varied workload covering contracts, regulatory compliance, disputes, corporate governance, risk management, and strategic projects. As a trusted advisor to the business, the Senior Legal Counsel will help safeguard the organisation’s legal interests while enabling growth, operational efficiency, and commercial innovation across a complex and fast‑moving environment.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with strong academic background. 6–10+ years PQE gained in a reputable law firm and/or in house environment, preferably in logistics, transport, supply chain, retail, manufacturing, infrastructure, or similarly complex industries.

Strong commercial contracts expertise with working knowledge across:

• • UK logistics/transport regulatory frameworks
  • Health & Safety / compliance processes
  • Data protection & information governance
  • Dispute resolution and litigation management
