Job Description
We are excited to offer an entry-level opportunity to join our team as a Procurement Executive, based in Lutterworth. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and gain broad experience across all areas of Procurement.
As a Procurement Executive, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Procurement team and the wider business. You will play a key part in helping the team run smoothly -supporting reporting, analysis, governance, projects, and supplier-related activities. Full training and ongoing development will be provided.
This role is perfect for someone who is tech‑savvy, enthusiastic about starting a career in Procurement, and keen to explore a variety of Procurement activities to understand where they want to grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities of a Procurement Executive:
In this entry-level role, you will support the Procurement team with tasks such as:
- Providing general administrative support across Procurement services
- Assisting with Procurement compliance process
- Supporting and reporting savings initiatives
- Supporting Supplier Relationship Management and Sourcing activities
Qualifications
About You
This role is designed for someone early in their career, with no prior Procurement experience required. We are looking for:
- A confident and effective communicator
- Someone able to build relationships quickly and professionally
- A general commercial mindset and a desire to add value
- Good organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Experience with SAP or Purchase to Pay processes is helpful but not essential
