We are currently recruiting for a Gatehouse Operative on permanent basis at our Lutterworth depot.

Shift: 4ON 4OFF Days

Salary: £24,803 per annum.

To support the day to day site operation through Administrative Operations for yard activities. Provide security for the entrance and exit of the site.

• Track and process entrance and leavers through the yard.
• Communicate with both transport and warehouse operations on arrivals.
• Use an access file to keep yard movements up to date.
• Use Autostore WMS to systemically enter and remove drivers.
• Use excel spreadsheets to track goods in arrivals.
• Other administrative tasks as determined time to time.
• Processing and understanding over provided paperwork.
• Work within a team and provide a comprehensive report to oncoming shift.

• PC literacy
• Effective communicator who conscientiously demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Can adapt to a changing work environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work on own time and manage own workload.
• Knowledge of company procedures and actively demonstrates compliance
• Experience of working in an administrative team in a logistics / warehouse environment
