We are actively recruiting for a Sales Order Processing Administrator to join our team at CML based in Telford.

Shift pattern: Monday - Friday   8 am - 5 pm

Salary: £23,728 per annum

Job Description

To ensure the accurate and timely processing of Sales Orders onto the CML system.

  • Receive and process clients orders via ASN, Manual input and monitor EDI orders
  • Enter orders onto the system promptly and accurately;
  • Check that orders have been entered and that they are correct;
  • Chasing down missing orders with suppliers and depots.
  • Looking after a set group of suppliers on a daily basis building relationships.
  • To communicate effectively with line managers any discrepancies, errors, missing orders or duplications

Qualifications

  • Very high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good computer and IT skills
  • Good with paperwork
  • A desire for neatness and tidiness
  • Preparedness to work in a repetitive role
  • An ability to work independently
